Created entirely within photoshop, the planet is constructed from textures and the solar flares drawn using the Wacom tablet.

Looks fantastic.
Possibly male the STUDIOISH font a little thinner - unless that is the logo that cannot be changed.
There use to be a tutorial on how to create fantastic lighting effects using solar flares in Photoshop. Can you point me towards any tutorials?
